“WOW!!!!! Saturday night was absolutely amazing.  The staff, the food, the presentation, the whole experience was A+.  Everyone commented about how great the food was and several people noted that it seemed exactly like a meal I would have made.  Take that as a compliment.  Really, Micheal, I just loved it and was able to enjoy the party and my guests more than I ever have.  Now I understand why people hire caterers!!!!!  All I had to do was get the house ready, which is so much fun anyway.
