La Cuisine at Trout Lily Farm
La Cuisine and Trout Lily Farm have partnered to offer a unique farm dining experience at the beautiful Trout Lily Farm. Trout Lily Farm, located on picturesque Lake Quonnipaug in North Guilford, grows and sells organic edibles and seasonal cut flowers for the table, weddings, and events. The grounds of the farm offer an intimate, memorable event setting which is complemented by La Cuisine’s fresh, handcrafted, creative, and delicious fare, including all natural meats and sustainably raised seafood.
Entertaining on the Farm
The space at Trout Lily Farm is ideal for a memorable corporate dinner, a baby or wedding shower, or even an extra special birthday celebration. “The Garden Kitchen” is a newly renovated, open kitchen space which overlooks the farm’s gardens. La Cuisine will craft a menu, using seasonal and farm ingredients to suite your unique needs. Florals will be provided by master gardener and owner of Trout Lily Farm, Michael Russo. “The Garden Kitchen” accommodates parties of 20 people inside. Additional outdoor space is available on a deck and with a tent, for larger parties so that the entire space can accommodate up to 40 people.
Seasonal Farm Dinners
Trout Lily Farm and La Cuisine will be offering a limited number of seasonal farm dinners. These dinners will feature edibles and florals from the farm, paired with La Cuisine’s culinary delights. Menus will be crafted based on what is in season at the farm and will be available the month before the dinner.
