July 7th marks 10 years for our café in Branford! This year, we also celebrate 35 years of business since La Cuisine opened on the Guilford Green. We are so grateful for all the support we’ve gotten from our community and clients – Thank you!

We wanted to mention one of our favorite local partners: Trout Lily Farm located on picturesque Lake Quonnipaug in North Guilford. Trout Lily grows and sells organic edibles and seasonal cut flowers for the table, weddings, and events. Michael A. Russo is the owner, “farmer- florist” and creative force behind TLF. He has transformed the farm since purchasing it in 2003, building terraced stone wall perennial gardens, organically amending the soil, and raising the green post and beam barn that serves as his floral design studio. TLF has a Farm Stand with a unique and charming atmosphere, open by appointment and based on seasonal availability of product.
