Happy New Year!
With the hustle and bustle of the holidays behind us, this is an exciting time of testing (and tasting!) new recipes. This year we celebrate the 35th anniversary of La Cuisine and 10 years for our Cafe in Branford!  From our roots of the original cafe and market, started on the Guilford Green in 1982, we have evolved but still hold true to the essential elements of what defines La Cuisine – fresh, handcrafted, delicious and creative food served by a warm and welcoming staff.  While some things remain the same, we do have new and exciting changes. In December, we launched a redesigned website. Please take a look and share your feedback!  We also have a new addition to our team. My wife, Christina, recently joined the business. I’m so excited to have her here as we continue the tradition of a true local, family business.

In The News
La Cuisine was thrilled to take part in a wedding photo shoot for Connecticut Magazine! We had such a great time and wanted to share one of our favorite photos. A big thanks to Lisa Antonecchia of Creative Concepts by Lisa for including us. Please check out this link for the full article.

We are also excited to receive a Wedding Wire Couples’ Choice award for 2017! A huge thanks to our team and clients for making this possible.

Gourmet to Go
La Cuisine is proud to introduce our new and improved Gourmet to Go menu.   This menu is geared towards entertaining at home or in the office when all you need is a helping hand with what to eat. You can even call it your own!  Our menu has everything from breakfast and lunch to extensive appetizer and entrée items.   La Cuisine’s Gourmet to Go menu is the newest, fastest way to bring home our most amazing culinary creations without the stress and hassle of cooking yourself.  Don’t worry, our seasonal holiday menus will still be available as well.

Meet Tracy Jackson!
Tracy Jackson joined the La Cuisine family in 2010. For the 12 years prior to coming on board, Tracy had owned and operated coffeehouses/cafes in downtown New Haven under the names of Koffee?/Koffee too?/the Publick Cup.  She brings with her a diverse knowledge of the food service industry along with her passion for success for both the business and the customer. In her current role, Tracy handles all of the internal finances and accounting for La Cuisine. You may also find her helping customers in the cafe, or out in the gardens along the parking lot, another one of her passions.
